- Overall, the development consists of 333 mixed-tenure homes, comprising of 54 Social Rent, 93 Shared Ownership and 186 Market Sale. The site also includes 450 square metres of flexible retail/office space.
- The £70 million project was completed by Higgins Partnerships and Jestico + Whites Architects for Notting Hill Genesis.
