  • The £43.7 million 12,500 square metre school is being developed to ease the much-needed demand for secondary and higher education spaces in the area.

  • Overall, Heckmondwike has supplied 5,500 square metres of its Broadrib carpet tiles in Flint – covering almost half of the new school’s flooring space. The carpet tiles are being installed across the school in classrooms, corridors and other communal areas

  • Broadrib is one of the company’s leading fibre-bonded ranges. Manufactured in the UK at the company’s site in West Yorkshire, Broadrib offers a host of benefits to the education sector, including its heavy-duty nature and its acoustic reducing properties

  • Alongside Morgan Sindall, the companies delivering the school includes Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios architects, Buro Happold engineers, with external project management for Hackney Council being delivered by PCSG

  • Heckmondwike supplied the carpet tiles through Loughton Contracts, who are installing the Broadrib tiles throughout the site
