Project Background
Nestled in the heart of the Greensand region and adjacent to the picturesque Greensand Ridge, Greensands Place a multi-award-winning development of sixteen luxury homes by Peter David homes. Designed to blend countryside charm and modern comfort, the homes are built to enhanced building standards and situated in the sought-after village of Maulden, Bedfordshire.
As part of the scheme, one recently completed plot includes a block of seven new-build flats with shared communal areas. These high-traffic spaces required a flooring solution that was both hard-wearing and visually aligned with the development’s contemporary interior design.
