- As part of a community development strategy in the Hackney area, Morgan Sindall Construction has been appointed by the local council to deliver two schemes; one of which is the City of London Academy, Shoreditch Park.
- The £43.7 million 12,500 square metre school is being developed to ease the much-needed demand for secondary and higher education spaces in the area.
- Overall, Heckmondwike has supplied 5,500 square metres of its Broadrib carpet tiles in Flint – covering almost half of the new school’s flooring space. The carpet tiles are being installed across the school in classrooms, corridors and other communal areas

- Heckmondwike supplied the carpet tiles through Loughton Contracts, who are installing the Broadrib tiles throughout the site
- The school is scheduled to be completed for the 2021/2022 school year
